At the park ...

Aren't children amazing, I'm watching my 4 year old play nicely with a 6 year old girl .. Having lots of fun, you'd think they'd always been best friends.

So, why can't I, a grown up, feel as secure in myself as my 4 year old does? Secure enough to not care what anyone thinks or says (unless it's verbally unkind) ...

I deactivated my Facebook account this morning, it's just making me feel miserable seeing everyone chat and leaving me out. So I give up and am going to, instead, focus my energy on real people.
