Ouch!

Great afternoon today, spread my birthday into a 3rd day with a picnic in the park with 20 friends (plus kids). I thought a game of rounders would be a good idea. However, after running for a base which Ross felt he needed to defend by throwing his whole body at it resulting in me running through/into/over him, I changed my mind! It's a stupid, dangerous game! It's going to sting like mad when I get in the swimming pool tomorrow! Fingers crossed my back doesn't seize up over night as I hurt that a bit too.
