Monday 2 May 2011: A "Steamer" And A Scorcher
This long period of Bank Holidays has been great, even though I have been in at work for a few days during the week. Today was a glorious end to it. I couldn't resisit the lake, it was such a good day, the sky was so blue and the water was even bluer.
I normally go for the subtlety of early morning or evening but I happened to be out in the middle of the day today. This morning bed was just too comfortable on the last day of a long weekend.
So here is Lady Wakefield, a "Steamer" on a scorching day!
