Hanging around for workmen to come who don't show up, or even call is a wonderful way to spend the bank holiday, but at least the European ironing mountain has shrunk by a factor of 3 at least.

After some trawling through the internet we finally found a car that may well "Be the one". Tomorrow I'm going to ask a Very nice man to go and check it over and if the AA find it's OK, then I may have some new wheels by the weekend. Hopefully this one won't have it's brakes seize on the motorway whenever it feels like it.

The "Trouble" with the school may come to a head tomorrow, but the letter Ally has composed will definitely let them know that Curlyfries has support and he is not to be walked over. We may not win, but we will have our say.
