Mother's Day - United States

Mother's Day all but demands a dinner out. Even though my wife is certainly not my mother, with both our kids thousand's of miles away I stepped in to make sure no home cooking was necessary. We dined at Puerta Del Sol on the hill between Playas Madera and La Ropa. It is a restaurant famous for its flambés and Jorge is making my wife a delicious Gorgonzola Medallion dinner tableside for her special day.
