Reflective Abstraction

Raining, raining, raining.
Not a heavy downpour but a constant misty drizzle which wheedles its way into everything exposed to it.
A very fast prance around the farmers market getting our favourite bacon, tomatoes and assorted vegetables then off for the must have coffee. The flooring outside chosen cafe was highly polished and provided some great abstracted reflections.
Finally succumbed to buying a new pair of runners. I hate buying footwear but for a change I was able to find, try and buy in 15 minutes and I actually quite like them. Dove grey and violet!!
As we left the store we were encouraged to have a hand massage - didn't take much to woo me into the chair - with Dr Hauschka products. Lovely. Felt quite pampered. Mother had her hands done too and then bought a mineral foundation powder to boot which is so much more flattering to her skin than the powder she has been wearing for years. For an 82 year old she hardly looks a day over 70-ish. Go Mum.
