Sea Pink

One of our "must dos" for this trip was to visit Handa Island. We were last there in 1985 when Longershanks was one so a return trip was overdue. However with the windy showery weather there's no way it was going to happen - it'll still be there for next time though. That didn't stop us having a drive up there and exploring the Scourie area.

You may think getting photos of wild birds can be tricky, but today's colourful offering of Sea Pink was pretty tricky too in those high winds - stay still plant!
