Monday 23 May 2011: Severe Weather Warning
There have been gusts of up to 100mph in Central Scotland today. The trains are now off, on the southside of Glasgow.
Driving home, I had to negotiate this tree branch which has come down. So like a good Blipper, I parked a little further down the hill, phoned the Police to report it, and then went back with my wee IXUS to get a quick Blip before continuing on. I have to say I was nearly blown over in the process.
Must dash, I am supposed to go heading out to choir soon. I hope everyone gets home safely this evening.
