Northern Exposure

Tuesday 24 May 2011: wet & wild

I hear the rest of Scotland is getting a little bit of typical northern isles weather. Which appears to cause upsets to those unaccustomed to it.

It's the trees you know. They cause the bother, all that rolling around the place. Get rid of them and it's just a passing breeze.

It was also nice to see the light haze caused by the volcanic ash. Just to round of a beautiful day in the isles.

Actually, on amore serious note, I'm beginning to think of a force 8 wind as not being very strong. This may need treatment.

Edit - just to prove the sun did come out but the day stayed blustery!
