Gina prepared a tasty meal tonight. Since she is home full time, and since she loves to cook, dining here has been top notch. This was an asian preparation of roasted pork with fresh carrots, tomatoes, and bok choy. Kudos to the chef! Apologies to Vegetarian Blippers
