Rhododendron

This is the big Rhododendron in our backyard, just outside the kitchen window. It bloomed beautifully this year and I wanted to get a shot of it before the flowers start to fall off.

This is an early blip for me today. I snapped this pic around 6:45am. Today is the girls' last full day of school. I would imagine the teachers have their hands full today. With temps anticipated to be around 95 F, I think everyone at school will be a bit, shall we say, distracted.
