World Ocean Day

I heard on BBC SpringWatch that today is World Ocean Day! I hadn't heard of it before but, easily led, rushed down to the beach for a quick blip of the ocean. It was cold and windy with rain clouds streaking across the sky. So in fact I didn't get much ocean in my blip but it is there, just a bt. Also, it's the English Channel, not quite an ocean.
