Monday 20 June 2011: Erica from America
Finally had my morning (and afternoon) with my adorable god-daughter. She loves to have her photo taken and I love to photograph her. I think I may have turned the kid into a model. I can't really be sure.
These are the things she misses most about the UK
*The weather, the Florida heat makes her grumpy
*Shepherd's pie
*Her friends
*Playing touch rugby
*Irony and sarcasm, people just don't get her sense of humour at school.
*How slow everyone is.
Funny little thing in my hat. It was just what the doctor ordered.
Another late one tonight and then I am refusing to leave the house after dark for at least three days. I can't quite keep up with these people!
