EC20 condensatepumps in HDR

Two huge pumps, standing in the basement of unit EC 20.
The electric motors of these pumps are standing one deck up.

These pumps each have a capacity of about 500 kg water per second, same as the (former) maximum steamproduction of the main boiler.
In fact, each pump consist of a low- and a high pressure part, max press is about 13 bar.

The height is about 3 meters and the diameter of the piping is about 20 inches.

The hoses you see are meant to blow conditioned air inside the condensate system, to keep it dry.
The unit is in preservation now.
The red hose is meant for the cooling of the gasturbine; branched off from the system of unit EC 4.
