Bug Eyed

This afternoon has been spent wandering around Anglesey Abbey, another National trust place a short drive from where we live.

Fred decided that he was going to look for bugs and things, as they had a small adventure kit for hunting bugs, with a pot for looking at what you found, the means to catch them and an identification chart and was trying to catch them as seen here.

We went round onto the lawn at the front of the house where the kids decided to have a game of croquet.

After a quick refreshment in the cafe we went back round the nature trail and found a way to the wildlife watch hut - no wildlife to be seen only a bug eyed Tubs. (She has recovered fron her French trip, where she had a great time, the bread she brought back is lovely).

We are back home, and the kids are out in the padling pool.
