the rain makers

Commissioned to photograph workwear in Doncaster today (somebody has to). I arrived at the clients to an absolute downpour and had to sit in the car til it subsided.

So after half an hour we'd got the model togged up in the brand new rainwear and headed outside. It was a clear blue sky and blazing sun. So the client, seen here with a paper cup, spent ten minutes pouring tap water over the clothes to make them wet.

What a palaver.
