Monday 11 July 2011: The muffins are done. :)
So all of the family are coming over here tomorrow, to watch the Twelfth parades, so I decided I'd bake some stuff for them. So here we are, 2 dozen muffins. Some are Chocolate Chip, the others are Cherry with white chocolate icing. :) Can't wait to try them, hope they taste good. :)
Going to have some lunch soon, then watch a little tv. I think we may be going to see some of the bonfires later, but I'm not totally sure. Just hoping that there won't be anymore trouble in Belfast...
