Shouldn't that say Jose's?
This peculiar neon sign and restaurant is around the corner from John Van de Graaff's house in Northampton, Massachusetts. I chuckle ever time I see it. It is a pizza and spaghetti joint which goes by the name of Joe's and uses a cliché Mexican man in a sombrero as a logo of sorts. Maybe they serve Mexican pizza and spaghetti. It was a very productive day photographing John's dad's papers. About 1550 pages/photos. I'm hoping to do the same tomorrow. Marylee made a delicious Cajun catfish dinner and I ate John's pistachio ice cream (with his blessing, of course).
John has blipped this restaurant as well.
