Sunday 14 August 2011: Experimentation night
I try and challenge myself to try something new at least once a month.
I came across Lebanese 7 Spice Powder recently, so far I haven't found a recipe with it, so tonight so I'm giving it a bash in a lamb & rice dish with these ickle aubergines, courgettes and other veg - it smells good just now but I'll wait & see what it tastes like............if not there is a bottle of vino & crackers & cheese on standby ;-0
