Every year I get the Evening News calendar as I am a sucker for the old images of Edinburgh.
I clocked this pic when I turned the page at the start of the month thinking 'when was the last time we had weather hot enough to don a swimsuit in Edinburgh ?'
then I read about how Porty Outdoor Pool was heated by the neighbouring power station - genius!
I was stuggling for a Blip earlier and after following Shandonner's link have spent so long perusing other images that I have ran out of time to go and find an outdoor Blip ;-0
