Yeah, it's getting yucky!

Hurricane Irene's traveling north up the east coast. Won't make landfall where we live but is expected to hit the Outer Banks of North Carolina early tomorrow morning. Meanwhile, we're getting the tropical winds and rain that precede 'Queen Irene.'

I slowed the shutter speed to get movement in the trees and streaks of rain on the glass door. We're battened down with all outside objects either removed or secured in some fashion. I think we'll dodge the big bullet with Irene but she's will be one mean woman as she moves north.
