Bank Holiday Banger Racing!

Fun family day out today at Grimley Raceway to watch some banger racing. Kids just love this! We took Will's latest best friend, Cian along with us for company.

Brilliant action in every race with crashes all over the place! They finished it all with a caravan race where the drivers have to park their car inside a moving caravan for one lap of the track whilst the other drivers try to get them out! Followed by a demolition derby where it's basically the last car moving! Brilliant fun!

This is actually the car that came second in the demolition derby. Whats unbelievable is that a) the car was still active in this photo, even if it did drive sideways like a crab and b) it's being driven by a teenage girl!
