Delicate...

...spent quite a lot of today outdoors, as part of staff session, which gave me a chance to sit still amongst the long grass for a while. Autumn is definitely creeping in on this last day of August - you could smell it. This is part of one of the seed heads from a thistle - I do love how they seem to explode with their fluffy seeds at this time of year.
