The Frisian Waddenzee, the Dutch salt water wetlands, is an El Dorado for boat- and yacht owners. Hundreds of square miles undisturbed nature with a tide range of more than two metres. Dropping your anchor on a spot where the range of the tide is more then the water depth with high water, leaves your small tender - to bring you ashore with dry feet- also firm aground with low tide. Then the last solution is a romantic walk with your mate.
