Eerie Edinburgh

Whilst most of the rest of the country continues to bask in glorious sunshine and an Indian summer, it would appear that the weather here has decided that three days of sunshine is quite enough, and that it's time to fast-forward to Halloween.

The haar came down over Edinburgh rather impressively, completely cloaking the city. Walking around the Old Town there were some wonderful opportunities for eerie photos, but sadly my little camera wasn't quite up to scratch (I really wish I had a better camera!). So I'll have make do with this view of Calton Hill swathed in mist.
