Lighting a Smoke

I was on the bus and it stopped. When I looked out the window this guy was sitting on his little bike. Much to the amusement of the lady standing next to me, I took a pic and put away my camera. Then the guy reached for his smokes and lit up. Out came the camera again because I thought this would be even better. I actually heard giggles from the lady but didn't look. No helmet, just a cap. There is no helmet law here in China. In fact, I don't think there are any road rules.
