started the day with an early rise at 5 to meet my bestbuddyboyos down our local and watch the rugby world cup quarter final between Wales and Ireland over a free sausage and bacon butty and plenty of coffee. A fantastic game with some amazing playing on both sides but happy hap hap my home nation won - to the BIGGEST cheers.

after doing a few important quotes (which i set up to send periodically through the morning via my iphone whenever i peddled into a spot that had a modicum of signal strength) i headed up to Llandegla with my mate G for a blast on our bikes. crikey what a fantastic ride - properly beaten by the elements with freezing wind, mist and rain and cakeloads of good welsh mud. to ride around most of it on the cusp of falling off was one heckuvan adrenalin rush. i loved it.

After lunch it was back to work related things which meant i missed out on the princesses and pirates party we were invited too this afternoon, but at least the house is quiet in the absence of her and her (a very rare thing).
