BlipaEwan 45...

This is my monthly track of my children as they grow to see how they change as time goes by. I take the same photo in the same place each 1st and 15th of each month along with a wee diary of what has happened and how life has progressed for each of them. Bethany on the 1st and Ewan on the 15th. It is quite remarkable and is accentuated by the 1 year ago thumbnail down in the bottom right.

We seem to have grudgingly slipped into a bit of a night routine with Ewan. He generally can't get through the night without wetting the bed, so his night now consists of limited liquid intake after dinner, toilet visit just before bed and the an additional three quarter asleep toilet visit at about 2130.

We've still been trying to get the stabilisers off his bike and he is starting to get a bit of the balance but we're not quite ready to go solo just yet. Soon hopefully.

"alguulaalalala, alguulallallala, algullalalalla" This is a best onomatopoeic description of one of Ewan's wee quirks. He just comes out with it ever so often as a wee conversation filler. Oh, there is also the wee chatting routines with the wee girl next door, Jasmine, over the fence. His raport consists of "Jasmine, bye bye and <raspberry blown>!!!" All three of them do this consistently just as they are due to get back in the house.

What about this hat eh? Ewan always professes that he likes dinosaurs and pirates. This was a perfect pressie for him from GrannieC. He sometimes wakes up in the morning and tells me that he was dreaming of pirate dinosaurs. This might seem like an odd combination but we actually have borrowed a series of books from the library that are about a band of pirate dinosaurs.
