Happy Birthday Clarkie

Flew up to Auckland early this morning for a few days, but mainly to go to a celebration for Clarkie here who celbrated a significant birthday!

During the day though some other party goers and I managed to get ourselves into town to soak up some of the Rugby World Cup atmosphere down along the waterfront. What an awesome atmosphere although, to be honest, a few too many people for my liking. Still, it was good to be amongst it. Also managed to get in a little shopping which was also good :)

In the evening some 70 odd friends and family came along to help Clarkie step into a new decade ;)

It was loud, it was friendly, it was fun, there was oodles of delicious food, lots of dancing and a huge amount of love for a very special guy. What a great night :)

Happy Birthday Clarkie. Keep well and be strong.
