After spending approx five hours shut in a room scrutinizing assignment scripts for plagiarism (aaargh!) and then approx five hours on a couple of Virgin Trains, the blip was going to have to be a minimalist view of platform 6 at Milton Keynes station. Or perhaps platform 11 at Crewe.

But when I eventually arrived back in Edinburgh I was met by DaveH and a pint of beer was in order. Since Waverley Steps are closed for a year our thoughts naturally turned to heading the other way out of the station to the Halfway House. We were delighted to find in there a bunch of Blippers, somewhat inebriated but tant pis! There was Mr Smith (your man about town), Instography, Scobes (see blip) and Pensioner, to name but four. Unfortunately Red had already left the session by the time we arrived.

It's good to be home!
