Gillipaw's Heron

I was in the Maxwell Park area this morning and decided to see if I could spot the Heron Gillipaw mentioned in her journal a couple of times recently.

The good news is that I did indeed find it, the bad news is that unlike Gillipaw I had very poor lighting and also it was a bit hidden against reeds and grass and wasn't doing anything particularly interesting.

I took the picture anyway and did my best to rescue it in post processing. Trust me, you wouldn't want to see it LARGE.
