Bottled shadows

I liked the way the shadows were decorating the gas bottles on this balcony in Faugères.


And, while I remember, for my own record, I'll mention an excellent film we saw on Saturday evening - The Salt of this Sea, the first Palestinian film by a woman director, Annemarie Jacir. It vividly portrayed the treatment of Palestinians, prisoners in their own country, and was very well acted especially by the leads Suheir Hammad, Saleh Bakri and Riyad Ideis, and with good music too.
