Saturday 10 December 2011: Officially better than me
Hollow Jnr Jnr came back buzzing from swimming this morning as I was painting the hallway. She achieved her Level 2 and got "a badge and sirsifficate".
She loves swimming and has made terrific progress since starting, mostly due to the best swimming teacher in the world. He's called Dave, he's an ex-head of a local school, and is amazing with the little ones. We delayed her starting by a year just to get her into his class as we had seen him at work when taking Hollow Jnr Snr.
I am not the world's best swimmer and do not enjoy getting into water that much - so now she will be able to help me get across a width :-P
