Tibetan Singing Bowl!

A day to be inside, mostly! It has snowed pretty well all day, but after cleaning and preparing a cabin for some guests, i headed out for a walk with the dogs! Took the camera with me, but there was nothing of particular note in the landscape...just lots of grey skies, white snow and green trees - and i couldn't get any inspiration!

I then decided to make good old scottish tablet this afternoon! oh my god, how i love that stuff! my old mom used to make it every christmas time...other times too, but definitely at christmas! I thought i'd give some to the friends that will be here on christmas eve for dinner - if there is any left by then, i keep nibbling away at it!!! ah well, there is some time to make a second batch i guess!

So, a blip of the beautiful singing bowl (one of many in our home), against the blue of the night outside! haven't done much to alter the image...just added a wee bit of contrast!
