Last meals of the year

New Year's Eve. Always a biggie. We weren't as busy as I would have liked but the food we served was amazing. A good finale to the year!


This is Fillet of Devon Ruby Red beef, ragout of it's ox tail and chorizo, sauce Espagnol, roasted cherry tomatoes and parmentier potatoes.

I also served green beans with it. The ox tail ragout was just the best. It came out so much better than what I expected.
