Waxing moon

It's not great. I tried to whip the telescope out. Thought I would be a smart arse and not bother going through the process of aligning it. Big mistake. Took longer to actually get it aligned with the moon than it would have done to align it and then get the scope to slew automatically. Lesson learned. Four hours later, my hands have just defrosted!!! My feet, not so much.

Am frantically trying to upload photos to Sony WPO website. It seems the world and his wife might be trying to do the same as it is soooooooooooo slow.

Deadline is tomorrow for entries though, so I have tea, wine and munchies and I am in for the long haul.
