Saturday 7 January 2012: Rule #10

Rule #10 states:

'It never gets easier, you just go faster'.

This will be 'The Year' in which I get to that optimum fighting weight, get fit and get a sense of balance.

A bit of cycling will help to achieve this goal. When I say a bit, I mean as much as possible....!

The feeling of being on a bike, out of the saddle, easing over the brow of a hill, panting heavily is one of the best feelings I have ever experienced.
