Sunday 8 January 2012: Where's the cold weather?
The winter duvet is way too hot, even with the window open.
I have just come back from a run around balmy Bristol.
A bit of cold weather wouldn't go amiss.
Just so I know it's winter.
What are the chances, Weather Gods?
For the record, I loved the run.
I read an article in a Guardian pamphlet yesterday which suggested we should run with mindfulness.
Can't tell you it worked exactly but I definitely enjoyed it.
There's a certain joy to be had running through a deserted city centre in the early morning.
