Sunday 8 January 2012: Bread
I made another loaf of bread this evening. This one has mainly strong white flour with about 1/5 whole wheat. I added some pumpkin, sunflower and linseeds to make it more interesting. I like to experiment with bread, but I've not had much success with sour dough and so would welcome a good recipe for this type of loaf.
I took a photo of this with the light switched on above the table, but I think the colours are more interesting without the light and with the orange glow of the flash.
