Tuesday 10 January 2012: Polop Panorama
I thought long and hard about using this image in black & white. It looked good with the orange filter on. Eventually I decided that the lushness of the foeground and the contrasting blue sky is deserving of colour. I've photographed this view many, many times and from many different angles and I've yet to do it justice. The photograph was taken from La Nucia, my hometown, looking across to Polop. This scene changes constantly throughout the year and no doubt I will re-blip it at a later date.
For those interested in the technicalities I stitched 5 separate vertical images together to form the panorama. They were taken handheld on my trusty Fujifilm X100.
