Brown Booby

At bloomin' last, I was so chuffed that instead of waiting til late in the day to see if anything better/more unusual turns up, it was straight back to the office to blip it!

This was this morning after I had completed the 1st report for the shore side office. I went up to the Helideck and saw a flight of 3 Boobies go past, too far off for a decent shot. They must have turned back in the sun and next thing I know they popped up 25 ft away, gave me a quick eyeball then disappeared away off into the rising sun.

It is amazing how such little things lift your spirits and I now feel ready for any crap the day sends my way.... Bring it on!
