Saturday 21 January 2012: The View to Bruntsfield
Out for a stroll around the place, bunnet firmed fixed on heid in the blaw, picking up a few folk CDs at CODA records before heading for a coffee and home. I took a chance on a Roddy Woomble CD. He can write a decent tune, but I fear it's just the same one again. Ach well, I also got a Boys of the Lough CD; they can be relied upon to provide the necessary for a bit of the old foot tapping. Then a bit of fun working on the 2012 Handbook (cut paste cut paste), but now I must make haste. I'm working as kitchen porter for tonight's Burns Supper down at the boatie club. Must get the pinny looked out. Tarra!
