Saturday 21 January 2012: Kneadless repetition

B found this recipe online and had a go at baking some last night (prepare) and this morning (bake). Turned out really well. Apparently it was all the rage in New York in 2006. But then again they gave us the bloody latte, Americano and the bagel all that other fancy schmancy stuff.
