Hands

We have been up and about early again today, we headed into Cambridge for 9.30am, to attend a service at Great St Mary's church for the baptism of my nephew, baby H.

After a lovely service, we went for a cup of tea, where i got chatting to a lady in her 70's who told me that she had been to the Antartic a couple of years ago, she said she got to sleep out on the ice, all wrapped up in a sleeping bag, with a special plastic sheet to keep her warm, and was able to see the milky way as clear as anything (no light pollution). She then said she was off to see a friend but was worried about the drive there. No comparrison really.

The family then gathered at a local hotel for a meal, Mr G (Gazimp) was there with my sister Bryher, there may be a picture of me appear on blip pulling a face, as i wasnt keen on the smoked salmon starter.

This picture is of my nephew but could have also posted this, as it is mr G and Monkey playing thumb wars.

Back home now, having a bit of a tidy up before we start making a mess again, Monkey has a project on volcanoes, mainly Mount Vesuvius.

Have a good evening :)
