It is my duty to eat this cake

It is an unwritten law that parents of kids attending parties have a duty to eat the cake. They will have the sweets and any other things to be eaten but there is rarely a child on this earth who will actually eat cake from abirthday party. It is one of the perks of being a dad.

I managed to sleep in this morning, but once I got up I don't think I stopped all day, so much so, my back was aching, painted door check, Xmas tree cut up check, car washed check, homework with girls, check, dinner prepared check.

Time for bed.
