Happy Monday - a beautiful day, cold but sunny, although listening to IDS on 'Today' this morning wasn't a joyous start.

An afternoon listening (not my forte), with cake, and a great evening talking and putting the world to rights with I. We were at Hanam's for a Kurdish meal - my second visit. The craic ranged round weddings, the effect of public service cuts, Malaysia, benefit cuts, the church, the army, friends in common from 'up north', last winter and of course, that referendum and independence plans.
