Ablution

Dunedin Chinese Gardens very busy today with a cruise ship in and the gardens in full swing for the Chinese New Year. My time went past very quickly.

Mother duck very industrious with her ablutions and her solo duckling was mimicking her precisely. She looks as though she is thoroughly enjoying the moment. I have tried many times to capture a reasonable image and this is the best to date.

The lotus plants are in for this season and there is one stem about to bloom so you can expect a Lotus or two being blipped sometime soon.
