Wednesday 25 January 2012: Chinese banquet

This is a salad of green peppers, tomatoes and red onions. Dressed with a garlic, rice wine vinegar and sesame dressing and sesame seeds and black onion seeds. 1 of the 9 dishes the students made today. Full house and very successfull!
