looking all forlorn!! Yes Danbo, poor little chap looks really miserable!! B&W for the 30 day challenge, only one more day to go and then what i will have to think of something myself everyday?!??!

Yesterdays ninja training went really well and it is just mind over matter, for the last few days all i have thought about is a jumping back kick and telling myself i can do it. Yesterday i said to another girl look how crap i am at jumping back kick and guess what it worked was not faulty both feet left the ground 1 leg went back the other jumped up so now i can do a jumping back kick and wondered what all the fuss was about!!!

Not a lot going on today chores and a little work and more ninja training which i can't wait to go to now!!!
