Wednesday 1 February 2012: Five a day
Enjoyed chopping and preparing a stir-fry for our evening meal. But it would have tasted so much nicer if it had been prepared in my own kitchen.
We're now into the last month of our build at home, so we should be going home soon (I may have mentioned this once or twice recently).
Spent the morning in my 'office' at Craigwell Cottage - I've just rediscovered how much I like being there for meetings. Pity it will have to revert to holiday lettings this week.
